Sis. Taylor is married to Rev. Terrell Taylor, who is the Senior Pastor of Park Windsor Baptist Church in Los Angeles, California. Sis. Taylor has been married to Pastor Taylor for over thirty years. Sis. Taylor is a devoted mother and along with her husband, they have had the privilege to raise and train up their children in the fear of the Lord and in the way that they should go, so that when they grew up, they would know the way of the Lord should they depart.

On her Christian journey, she has had the privilege and honor to support her husband in ministry as they have served in several churches in the Los Angeles area for over thirty years. She has worked in several areas in the church such as Young Adult Ministry, Sunday School Ministry, Choir Music Ministry, Minister’s Wives, Women’s Ministry, and Youth Ministry.

First Lady Regina has a compassion for the health of her congregation and community as she participates in the First Ladies Health Initiative every year. As a result, she was very instrumental in the establishment and organization of the Health Ministry at PWBC which was officially formed in 2013 and served as Chairperson for several years.. She currently serves as Health Ministry Advisor, Combined Choir Chaplain and Women’s Ministry Co-Director.

The youth and the young people of the church are dear to her heart as they seek guidance and direction as well as the seniors of the church which provide wisdom to the saints of God.

Sis. Taylor is a member and servant of Park Windsor Baptist Church where she received her Christian salvation as a young adult. Together, she works with her husband and supports his ministry in whatever capacity that she feels the Lord needs her to do. She is not afraid of rolling up her sleeves and getting down with other servants of God.

Her goal and desire is to be a light in the midst of darkness, sunshine where there is rain, a smile to the downhearted and down-trotted, motivation and encouragement to the weak and faint. Also her goal is, to lead souls to Christ so that they can receive salvation, have a personal relationship with Christ, to live a better life and one that is pleasing to God.

Here are a few of her favorite scriptures:

Romans 8:37, “Nay, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him that loved us..”

Isaiah 54:17a, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.”

Philippians 4:11, “Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.”

I Peter 2:9, “ But ye are a chosen generation a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that ye should shew forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light..”

Sis. Taylor was recently honored at the L.A. Focus 20th Annual First Ladies High Tea in the October 2017.
